Our fee structures are both straightforward and clearly competitive with comparable professional services. For consultancy work, we bill on an hourly basis, per diem or project retainer basis – depending upon the needs of the client and specific tasks to be accomplished. Most work can reasonably estimated in advance, with costs varying tin direct relationship to the time and skills required. Outside services, data acquisition, creative, research processing for survey work not conducted in-house, etc. as well as services such as directing other consultants are charged at cost, plus time charges for task management.
For executive searches, we work on exclusive assignments only, with fees based on the first year’s compensation. Other human-resources services and mergers and acquisition services are charged at our normal consultancy rates.
