Our Consulting Philosophy

At Walker Communications there are four aspects to our approach to client consulting that are our guiding principles:

First, we believe in identifying all key elements of a project at the start. We are convinced that smart and successful decision making is based on analytic reasoning and having clear consistent access to marketplace metrics, not casual hunches.

Second, we believe no one knows better than the client what their needs are and what level of involvement we can offer as support to insure a successful outcome.

Third, we believe in respecting client confidentiality while delivering proven results. We offer our clients a uniquely experienced "extra pair of hands" and have worked with some clients for over 20 years.

Fourth, we believe it's most effective to organize our working relationships so that a single principal or affiliate assumes overall project responsibility for all assignments. Nevertheless, projects and assignments are often divided among us, based on the experience required.
